#TGIW!!! Today is a great day as we look to close out on the 14th Law of Growth.
In our previous post, we were looking at what to do to expand our thinking & we’ve made excellent points so far.
The next points are:
6. Stop doing important things occasionally & start doing important things daily.
In a previous LinkedIn post, I had share my productivity tips & one of them is setting proper priorities.
I use the Eisenhower 2×2 Matrix of Importance & Urgency.
You need to attend to important & urgent activities immediate & on a daily basis.
As you do this you make your life a Masterpiece.
7. Believe that you can do it
The question to ask is what will you achieve if you know that you can’t fail?
Itemize those things & take that bold step to do it.
Believe that you can & you will do it. Don’t want for the perfect condition to start, start and then perfect it along the way. Remember the Nike signature “Just do it”
As you do this measure your effectiveness, ask questions regularly.
What takes you a long time to achieve? How do you reduce delivery time?
What changes do you need to make to expand?
What resources are required?
How do you get them to help you expand?
Work out a system that makes sure you do important things daily.
- Choose & display the right attitude
- Determine & act on important priorities
- Know & follow healthy guidelines
- Communicate & care for family
- Practice & develop good thinking
- Make key proper commitment
- Earn & properly manage finances
- Deepen & live out faith
- Initiate & invest in solid relationships
- Plan for & model generosity
- Embrace & practice good values
- Seek & experience improvements
Doing all of these things combined helps you setup a system that works.
I can tell you for free that it is not easy but when you get into it & do it consistently enough, it is worth it.
I am so happy to have been able to do this up until now & tomorrow, we will look to dive into the Final Law of the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth which is the Law of Contribution
